Barrington Rot Repair

Contractor installed windows wrong. GCR Removed siding to properly flash windows and installed new vapor barrier and new trim and siding.

Door and flashing repair.

Mason installed stairs tight to the house without flashing the door properly. Removed door sill plate then lifted the house and installed new sill plate with proper reglet flashing. Installed new door and all new trim to match the existing.

Tree Damage, Insurance claim.

Tree fell on the old garage. We helped deal with the insurance and get them the additional money they deserved for the repairs. New plywood sheathing, new roof, new gutters. Framing repair and sidewall shingle repair.

Garage Conversion

Garage renovation and conversion for man cave. Built out walls and ceiling to meet todays energy code, insulated, added all new electrical and added heating on its own zone.

A gutter and damaged flashing was causing water damage to the exterior and interior. Removed and replaced structural framing, installed all new sheathing, flashings, and shingles. Barrington, RI.
