Nick

Owner/PM - 23 years experience in the industry. B.S. Architectural Engineering. Specializing in waterproofing and Building Enclosures (siding, roofing, windows, and doors). Son of Cliff and Uncle to Robert.

Robert

Carpenter/Foreman - 10-years experience. Learned everything he knows from hands-on training—grandson of Cliff and Nephew of Nick.

Ron

Carpenter - Ron has lifelong experience in the industry as well as in the automotive industry. There is nothing Ron cant fix. Family friend for years and great team member.

Barrington Rot Repair

Contractor installed windows wrong. GCR Removed siding to properly flash windows and installed new vapor barrier and new trim and siding.

Door and flashing repair.

Mason installed stairs tight to the house without flashing the door properly. Removed door sill plate then lifted the house and installed new sill plate with proper reglet flashing. Installed new door and all new trim to match the existing.

wasted space in the house, make it a 1/2 bath. Added all new electrical and plumbing. Closed in one doorway and framed in another for bath entry, installed new door and all new sheetrock.

Tree Damage, Insurance claim.

Tree fell on the old garage. We helped deal with the insurance and get them the additional money they deserved for the repairs. New plywood sheathing, new roof, new gutters. Framing repair and sidewall shingle repair.

Garage Conversion

Garage renovation and conversion for man cave. Built out walls and ceiling to meet todays energy code, insulated, added all new electrical and added heating on its own zone.
